Prahran Precinct Master Plan

A first principles approach to show how quality housing can be developed in parallel with better neighbourhood amenity. The mixed-use project proposal includes the recycling of existing towers and new medium-density housing integrated into the adjoining neighbourhoods.

Its mix of sustainable public, private and affordable housing includes 752 public housing units and 1088 private/affordable units in total. Stage One of the master plan (approx. 200 units) was completed in early 2013.
