Creating a people focused strategy

Our process began with a comprehensive, people-focused workplace strategy designed to gain a deep understanding of the aspirations and requirements for the Next Co-Working Community. We engaged employees at all levels through targeted surveys and collaborative workshops, ensuring an inclusive environment where their insights became the foundation of the design. By benchmarking against world-class facilities and conducting a thorough analysis of local market offerings, we developed a design with clear intent, creating a workspace that fosters collaboration, enhances productivity, and strengthens community connections.

People-centric spaces that feel like home

At the core of our vision was the integration of the Holman Hodge team, ensuring there were no segregated spaces and fostering a truly interconnected co-working community. Every aspect of the design was crafted to break down barriers, promoting collaboration and seamless interaction across the entire workplace. By eliminating traditional divisions, the layout encourages a fluid flow between areas, creating opportunities for spontaneous connections and shared experiences.

At the heart of the space is the community kitchen, a dynamic gathering spot that serves as a melting pot for interaction and collaboration. This versatile area transforms from a lunchroom to a venue for networking events, panel discussions and forums, enhancing a vibrant, community-driven atmosphere that strengthens both work and social engagement.

Creating a contemporary office experience

Integrating flexible spaces into the workplace ecosystem fuels creativity, collaboration, and opportunities for mentorship and learning, all while fostering a culture of growth and a positive, productive work experience.

The co-working structure redefines how the team collaborates, creating a dynamic environment that supports the future of work. Adopting shared workspaces was a key shift, balancing flexibility with the benefits of enhanced teamwork and collaboration. Designed to evolve alongside its occupants, the space remains focused on creating a people-centric environment that adapts to the needs of the team, ensuring continued success and growth.

Blending sophistication and comfort

The design elements reflect Holman Hodge as an organisation, embodying professionalism and industry maturity. Featuring a refined palette of rich burgundy tones, plush velvet textures and warm timber finishes, accompanied by subtle brass details. The contemporary workplace practices are complemented by stunning views wrapping around the building’s perimeter, with common areas designed strategically to showcase these remarkable inner-city landscapes.

It’s all about adopting a sense of community, this co-working space feels like home. That’s the point of difference, a place where people are truly known, and personal connections are valued.
