Monash University Food Incubator

Monash University Food Incubator, is an industry destination specifically supporting the ambitions of food entrepreneurs and agriculture start-ups. Located within Monash University’s Food Innovation Centre, the word-class research facility is a high-energy proving ground for innovation that aims to ‘facilitate collisions between innovators’. Comprising three high-tech industrial kitchens, a food-grade scale-up lab and a collaboration lounge, the Incubator supports a myriad of occupation modes including lectures, exhibitions, demonstrations, dining, cocktail parties, group work and meetings. The flexible floorplate is carefully woven together through a suspended ceiling gantry which subtly organises the space.
