Cobblebank Community Services Hub

Melton City Council engaged DesignInc to design their new state-of-the-art Cobblebank Community Services Hub. Located in the heart of the accessible Cobblebank Metropolitan Activity Centre, the Hub will provide space currently lacking in the City of Melton to accommodate a range of community services and private/commercial providers to meet the needs of their growing community and the broader region.
The Cobblebank Community Services Hub is six-storey, targeting a Five-Star Green Star rating, with over 8,000 square metres of tenancy space and dedicated carparking. The design of the building will be flexible to accommodate a range of tenants and the changing nature of service provision.
The Hub will provide an accessible space to deliver a range of important services like mental health, disability, refugee and family support services, as well as culturally specific services for our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and culturally diverse communities.
