Refurbishment of the Australian Red Cross Blood Service National Office in Melbourne, delivered a healthy work environment based on openness and transparency. Workstations are sited to maximise daylight, while a central, more internal meeting suite for video-conferencing is balanced by individual quiet spaces for tasks requiring personal concentration. The natural material palette throughout is enhanced by a feature timber screening element interwoven with plants.
