Sonya is a pragmatic and well-rounded architect with over a decade of experience delivering successful projects for DesignInc studios in Melbourne and Adelaide.
Sonya focuses on education and research, defence, and community projects. She is an expert in leading large national multidisciplinary teams to deliver multi-site projects. Her effective communication and design management skills enable her to deliver high-performance environments that meet her clients’ needs.
From master plan to completion, Sonya works closely with universities and schools to develop forward-thinking solutions that align with their needs and aspirations in education and research environments. She is passionate about providing innovative solutions, especially in technical facilities where unique user requirements must be met. Sonya takes a collaborative, client-focused approach to her work and enjoys engaging with people to develop their brief and deliver high-quality outcomes.
