Joyce enjoys the highly technical and challenging side of transport infrastructure projects, but never loses sight of the human side of her work. She consistently considers how the design must respond to site constraints as well as to the way people will move through the finished project. A registered architect with over ten years’ experience, Joyce leads her projects with a keen focus on quality documentation and effective project coordination. Skilled in solving complex design problems, Joyce also understands that a collaborative approach underpinned by clear communication is required for successful management of multidisciplinary teams.
