Hillside Gardens

The proposed extension includes a two storey building with a ground level, undercroft car park and a central link to the existing building. The new building is completely integrated with existing facility via a connecting passage as well as lift and stair connections.

The proposed building will function as an independent aged accommodation facility, by providing 26 contemporary and flexibly designed living units which range in configurations from two bedrooms plus study options to single bedroom options.

Although independent, the residents have direct access to the existing high care facility. The apartments are flexible in design, yet able to adapt to the changing needs of the occupants, from catering for apartment celebrations to providing complete palliative care.

This development is unique in that it aims to provide a unique aged accommodation experience by positioning the building as an appealing and highly sort after place to reside in the Adelaide Hills, whilst providing future peace of mind for the residents with adjoining high care facility.
