Over the past seven years with DesignInc, Sally Brincat has led significant architecture projects in a fully coordinated 3D environment. She develops strong and respectful relationships across the entire project team from client to contractor. Her extensive onsite construction experience, particularly on complex projects, ensures a comprehensive knowledge of industry practices is brought to every project and to many areas of the practice. Sally has been instrumental in leading our strategic development into an extensive and integrated 3D service for our clients. As a strong believer in good education and professional development Sally promotes internal training programs, encouraging and mentoring many of our graduate architects and technicians. Driven by an enthusiasm for an efficient and coordinated practice, Sally looks forward to the new age of architectural practice that is evolving with an increasing uptake of BIM technologies across all disciplines.
 
With over 15 years of experience, Aldona Pajdak provides Interior Design excellence to the DesignInc team and the design industry.  Her capability extends from small to large health care, institutional, educational, commercial and residential projects. She has been responsible for developing quality design solutions for projects as diverse as bespoke residential refurbishments to major, bid winning hospitals. Aldona has an assured and highly professional style and is renowned for forming and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and consultants alike. Her commitment to high quality design and efficiency ensures that she is an inspirational leader in the interiors team and able to offer design leadership of entire projects from concept design through to completion. With a passion for sustainable design, Aldona looks beyond just the material qualities of interiors to the experiential and health benefits of designing spaces for people.
 
Adrian Doohan is a highly experienced all round architect with exceptional problem solving and coordination skills. He has led design and delivery teams on major commercial, educational and research projects. Recent years have seen him focus on complex, adaptive reuse developments. Adrian’s collaborative skills are highly regarded and sought after within the practice and the industry. His calm ability to listen, understand, and synthesize ideas ensures he is greatly respected by both clients and peers. Within the practice his leadership extends to strategic project review and the advancement of project delivery. Having been in the construction industry for more than 15 years, coupled with his European background, Adrian is committed to pushing the boundaries of current Australian architecture and to a better understanding of how buildings perform over their lifetime.
 
Rudy Darmawan provides key project and design leadership across diverse project types. He is an industry leader in housing and urban communities, focusing particularly on sustainable, affordable and community-centered development. Rudy’s highly consultative approach with clients and stakeholders ensures design ideas are easily visualized and understood. Within our team he fosters an integrated approach to architecture through all phases of projects sharing DesignInc’s vision of creating healthy environments through an inclusive and restorative design approach. Rudy’s continuing interest in the area of urbanisation has led him to complete research through the University of Melbourne and maintains continuous community involvement through various council reference groups and community boards.
 
As a senior interior designer and project leader, Sally Edelsten’s extensive experience takes in a wide spectrum of project types and scales. Working with both the private and government sectors, on significant health, workplace and leisure projects, she has developed exceptional skills in brief development, user group consultation, stakeholder engagement, documentation and project co-ordination. Her excellent communication skills and ability to provide efficient and coordinated design solutions is highly valued by our clients and the practice, as is her project mentoring within our interior design group. An active involvement with our business development and marketing group capitalises on her knowledge and experience in project delivery. Sally’s experience and interest in workplace trends and innovative design drives a passion for building relationships and working collaboratively with clients to fully realise their brief.
